PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively analyzing the number of positive cells in a dyed tissue specimen.;SOLUTION: This visualizing and analyzing method of the positive cell of the dyed tissue specimen is constituted so as to photographing the dyed tissue specimen and processing the obtained image by a computer to visualize the dyed positive cell to analyze it and includes a process (1) for detecting a region dyed to a definite threshold value or above, a process (2) for selecting only a part, wherein cells with a definite size are dyed in the detected region, as a positive cell image, a process (3) for partitioning the image into a checkerboard like pixels and measuring the density of the positive cells in each of the pixels, a process (4) for applying the false color corresponding to the density of the positive cells to obtain the color image of the whole of the specimen, a process (5) for standardizing the shape of the whole of the specimen so as to align the same with the shape of a known specimen, and a process (6) for performing the operations of the processes (1)-(5) with respect to the specimen originating from a plurality of individuals and obtaining the average value map of the color images related to a plurality of specimens.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
