PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for disposable body warmers which hardly causes breaking of the film due to air holes when crumpled and a disposable body warmer using it.;SOLUTION: In a packaging material 10 for disposable body warmers containing a sheet-like heat-generating material which reacts with oxygen in the atmosphere to generate heat, air holes for heat generation penetrate the film type body. The material 10 consists of a substrate 11, an ink layer 12, a shielding layer 13 and a sealant layer 14, laminated in order.
