PACKAGING BOX FOR GLASS PHOTOGRAPHIC PLATE, ITS UNPACKING METHOD, AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING GLASS PHOTOGRAPHIC PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box for a glass photographic plate capable of lightening the load for packaging and unpacking the glass photographic plate, its unpacking method, and a method for packaging the glass photographic plate.;SOLUTION: Spacers 21-24 are mounted on four sides of the glass photographic plate 11. The glass photographic plate 11 is placed in an intermediate box 13 so that a base face 11b of the glass photographic plate 11 is placed on a shock-absorbing mat 26 which is set in advance to a center part of a bottom inner surface 13a of the intermediate box 13. A peripheral wall part 12a of an inner box 12 is inserted into a gap between a peripheral wall part 13b of the intermediate box 13 and the spacers 21-24, and the inner box 12 covers over the glass photographic plate 11 and the spacers 21-24. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is affixed to stretch between the peripheral wall part 13b of the intermediate box 13 and the bottom outer surface 12b of the inner box 12. A pair of tapes 16 are mounted on the inner box 12 in advance, and each end part 16a is weakly sealed to the bottom outer surface 12b. An outer box 14 covers over the inner box 12 and the intermediate box 13, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is affixed to stretch between the peripheral wall part of the outer box 14 and the bottom outer surface of the intermediate box 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
