PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling the repeated administrations of a vector for continuing the gene expression from the vector, and a medicine enabling the execution of the method. PSOLUTION: Since when the vector is excluded by a host immune system, complement reinforces the action, then by administering a complement inhibitor on repeating the administrations of the vector by 2 times, it is possible to continue the gene expression from the vector significantly as compared with that of the case of without administering the complement inhibitor. Thereby, as the method for continuing the gene expression from the vector requiring 2 times of repeated administrations, the complement inhibitor is administered on administering the vector after 2 times of administrations.
