PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar derivative making an Endo-M (an enzyme transferring a liberated sugar chain into a receptor) act on a glycoprotein, a glycopeptide or a sugar amino acid, liberating an N-bound type sugar chain without damaging the sugar chain, functioning as the receptor for the liberated sugar chain and having intense fluorescence.;SOLUTION: Both of a 2-acetamide-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosyl functioning as the sugar receptor and a fluorophore detecting the fluorescence with high sensitivity are bound through asparagine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
