PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling customers outside a store to easily confirm a processing end in a continuous processing transaction even though a financial institution or the like does not deal with personal information. PSOLUTION: A counter transaction classification selected by a customer received by a reception desk terminal 1 and a reception number are transmitted to a management server 3 and stored in a storage device 4 of the management server 3. When the management server 3 receives a processing end notice of the continuous processing transaction transmitted from the a counter terminal 2 in the case that the counter transaction classification is a continuous processing classification, a counter transaction classification corresponding to the reception number of the processing end notice is extracted from the storage device 4, the extracted counter transaction classification and the reception number are transmitted to a web server 6 and published in a homepage of the web server, the customer accesses the web server by a cellular phone 8 through a communication network 7 and confirms the processing end of the continuous processing transaction by the published reception number.
