PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a resident of a house to determine an appropriate content of a response to a visitor.;SOLUTION: The visitor reception support device 18 provides information for supporting a response to a visitor, to a resident who makes a response to a visitor. A visitor information holding part 50 holds visitor information recording content of responses made by residents living in each of a plurality of houses in the past. When a visitor is detected in a visitor detection part 52, a visitor information acquisition part 54 acquires visitor information corresponding to the visitor.
