PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a complex plate consisting of a porous foaming metal plate and a metal plate made by brazing with small electric resistance between the porous foaming metal plate and the metal plate. PSOLUTION: The porous foaming metal plate is rolled or pressed to make its surface smooth, while the surface of the metal plate is coated with a brazing material to form a brazing material coating layer, and the rolled or pressed porous foaming metal plate is superposed on the metal plate with the brazing material coating layer formed so as to pinch the brazing material coating layer, and heated.
