PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex dielectric material having a high relative dielectric constant r and Q-value with a small temperature changing rate of the relative dielectric constant.;SOLUTION: On the complex dielectric material containing dielectric ceramic and an organic polymeric material, the dielectric ceramics contains oxide powder having a composition expressed by a general formula; (M, Li, RE)xTiO3, (wherein, M is at least one kind selected from Ba, Sr, and Ca; RE is at least one kind selected from La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Yb, and Dy; 0.9x1.05). A fundamental composition element of the oxide powder is expressed by aBaTiO3-bSrTiO3-cCaTiO3-dLi1/2RE1/2TiO3-eLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3, [wherein, RE is at least one kind selected from La, Ce, and Pr; a to e are ratios of the combination of respective elements (mol%)], and 0a3, 0b30, 5c35, 0d20, 55e80, a+b+c+d+e=100.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
