PURPOSE: To easily find an operation procedure which is a bottleneck by distinctivelty displaying a path which is a bottleneck of the work schedule efficiency and a relatively long path under the standards of a critical path and a person who performs work schedule management. CONSTITUTION: The connection relation of operations constituting an operation group to be processed is determined (S101), the path having the longest total operation time among connection relation paths of operations obtained by connecting advanced operations on the assumption that one operation is already completed until no further advanced operation is obtained and the critical path are calculated, and the path which is the bottleneck of the work schedule efficiency is specified under the standards of the person who performs the work schedule management (S102). While the operation connection relation which is a bottleneck from the point of view of the specified operation schedule efficiency is left, the connection relation of the respective operations that is found first is summarized and displayed (S103 and S104).
