PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Josephson junction array structure which prevents microwave attenuation caused by increase of surface impedance, a digital-analog converter using it, a junction array for programmable Josephson voltage standard, a chip for a Josephson voltage standard, and a Josephson voltage generation device.;SOLUTION: The coplanar-waveguide Josephson junction array structure has a Josephson junction wherein a plurality of lower electrodes are disposed in series on a substrate being separated mutually, two intermediate layers are arranged in series on the lower electrode along an arrangement direction of the lower electrode apart from each other, and an upper electrode connecting the adjacent two intermediate layers are arranged thereon in the series direction. In the structure, a wiring for microwave is provided apart in both sides of the intermediate layer, and a ground conductor is provided to an outside of the wiring for microwave.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
