PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently permeate into the ground from a water passage without blocking up a water permeable port by earth and sand.;SOLUTION: The water passage C buried in the ground is formed, and the water permeable port 20 for permeating the water flowing on a bottom wall 12 into the ground is formed in the bottom wall 12. A cylindrical body 21 having the predetermined height communicating with the water permeable port 20 is erected on an inner surface of the bottom wall 12. The water permeable port 20 is composed of a resin pipe 25 penetratingly arranged in the bottom wall 12. The cylindrical body 21 is integrally arranged in the resin pipe 25.
