PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Eustachian tube examination probe which prevents a sound guiding passage from being clogged with earwax and facilitates the removal of the earwax.;SOLUTION: The Eustachian tube examination probe, inserted in an ear canal for Eustachian tube examinations, comprises a first cylinder 2 which has an earplug 1 at the distal end and both open ends, a second cylinder 4 which is inserted in a space 3 formed inside the first cylinder 2 and has both open ends, and a base 7 where the second cylinder 4 abuts and a microphone 5 and an earphone 6 are attached. The space 3 works as a passage of a sound pressure output from the earphone 6 or as a passage of the sound pressure to the microphone 5, and the second cylinder 4 works as a passage of a sound pressure to the microphone 5 or as a passage of the sound pressure output from the earphone 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
