OCT EXAMINATION METHOD APPLIED ON EUSTACHIAN TUBE

The invention discloses an OCT inspection method for Eustachian tubes. The OCT inspection method for Eustachian tubes is realized through a catheter, an OCT inspector and a controller, and includes the steps: S1, assembling the OCT inspector so as to form a cavity in the middle of the OCT inspector; S2, performing penetration of the catheter in the cavity of the OCT inspector so as to expose an imaging unit of the catheter to the OCT inspector; S3, utilizing the OCT inspector according to a scale to drive the catheter to move so as to arrange the imaging unit of the catheter at a target area,wherein the scale is arranged at the peripheral wall of a push rod or fixing rod; S4, in the condition of requirements of only scanning of images at a specified depth, placing a catheter plug, fixingthe position of the catheter, performing scanning so as to obtain the scanned images, and uploading the scanned images to the controller; and S5, in the condition of requirements of scanning of all the images at the target area, utilizing the OCT inspector to drive the catheter to move uniformly in the axial direction of the OCT inspector until completion of scanning. Clamping of internal tissue of the Eustachian tubes is not needed, and the Eustachian tubes can be inspected without damage.
