PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a rubber stopper pushing process so as to reduce a frequency of momentary stops. SOLUTION: Magazine stoppers 34-1-1, 34-1-2 are closed and a shaft is moved, a pressing plate 40 is separated from a magazine guide 33-2 maximally. A tube magazine 1 is mounted. When air is fed to a cylinder 42-1, a shaft 42-2 is brought close to the magazine guide 33-2 maximally, and a rubber stopper 2 is pressed by means of the pressing plate 40. The pressing plate 40 is separated from the magazine guide 33-2 maximally. Cylinders 36-1, 36-2 are lifted so that a tube magazine 1 is supported by means of the cylinder 36-1. Magazine stoppers 34-1-1, 34-1-2 are released. The cylinder 36-1 is lowered, and the tube magazine 1 is transferred to the cylinder 36-2. The cylinder 36-2 is lowered so as to be transferred to the guide 37-1. A shaft 37-4 and an LM guide 37-3 are moved, and the tube magazine 1 is conveyed.
