PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic blood vessel sampling system capable of easily and safely sampling the body tissue such as a saphenous vein (blood vessel) under endoscopic observation. PSOLUTION: A probe 130 for peeling tissue which is used for peeling the blood vessel from the circumferential tissue thereof is equipped with two shafts 133 and 134 which can be moved forward and backward relatively along the axial direction, paired hooks 135 and 136 which are provided respectively at the fore end parts of the shafts so that they project to the lateral sides of the shafts and are opposed to each other longitudinally and which are opened and closed by the relative forward and backward movements of the shafts, and an operating part 131 for moving the shafts forward and backward relatively.
