PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic vessel harvesting system by which an operator can operate a plurality of operating parts by fingers in a state holding a sheath and is enabled to operate by a hand. PSOLUTION: The endoscopic vessel harvesting system comprises a treatment sheath 2 insertable into a cavity 69, a hard mirror inserted into the treatment sheath 2, and a bipolar cutter 18 and a vessel holder 21 inserted into the treatment sheath 2, and harvests a blood vessel 1 to be harvested in the cavity 69. The bipolar cutter 18 and the vessel holder 21 are movably axially incorporated into the treatment sheath 2 and operating parts 19, 22 to operate the bipolar cutter 18 and the vessel holder 21 are provided to be positioned at the proximal end of the treatment sheath 2.
