PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate data such as that only contents which are truly necessary for a user can be heard repetitively by the user as voice easily and to provide the data to the user. PSOLUTION: In this method, data of linguistic teaching materials are generated by a step (S12) for receiving phrase indication data which direct required phrases which are to be extracted by a user from the user side, a step (S13) for fetching out voice data of respective phrases which are indicated by the phrase indication data from among the voice data of a plurality of phrases provided in a voice database 11 and a step (S14) for generating the data of linguistic materials by the voice data of the respective fetched phrases.
