PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for forming a rib-shaped material improving abrasion resistance and to provide a manufacturing method for the blade reducing the replacing frequency of the blade and improving the accuracy of the rib- shaped material to be formed.;SOLUTION: This improved blade for forming the rib-shaped material is so formed that a blade body is relatively one-directionally moved to a paste film with a comb tooth 12b, which is formed, at least, in a part in the circumference of the blade body 12, stabbed in the ceramic paste film 11 formed on the surface of the substrate 10 to plastically deform the paste film, so that the rib-shaped materials 13 and 23 are formed on a substrate surface of the substrate surface via a bed layer.
