PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device and the like capable of making comparison with a case where a vehicle travels on an original route, when the vehicle is deviated from a predetermined route.;SOLUTION: This navigation device judges whether the vehicle is deviated from the predetermined route or not (step S101). When the deviation from the predetermined route is judged, a new route is calculated and displayed on a display part (step S102), further a virtual position obtained by assuming a case when the vehicle travels along the determined route, is advanced on the determined route (step S103). Then whether the actual vehicle arrives at a junction point with the determined route or not, is judged (step S104), the actual present position of the vehicle and the virtual position are compared when the arrival is judged (step S105), and a result of the comparison is displayed on the display part (step S106).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
