PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prescription support system which automatically determines a preparation process for preparing one or more kinds of medicines in order to prepare an injection medicine, reduces load for determining the preparation process and enhances the efficiency of preparation work. PSOLUTION: A master data base DB2, an injection prescription data base DB4, a preparation pattern memory means M1 and a preparation process determining means M2 are provided. The preparation process determining means M2 determines the preparation process for preparing one or more kinds of medicines administered to a patient on the basis of injection prescription data being the prescription data of a prescription to each patient read from the injection prescription data base DB4, the data read from the master data base DB2 with respect to a medicine to be administered among injection prescription data and the data of the preparation pattern stored in the preparation pattern memory means M1.
