PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine a preparation process for preparing one or more kinds of medicines in order to prepare an injection medicine, to reduce load for determining the preparation process, to utilize information on the preparation process, to enhance the efficiency of preparation work dramatically, to prevent any operating errors such as preparation mistakes assuredly, and so on in a prescription filling supporting system. PSOLUTION: A master data base, an injection prescription data base, a preparation pattern storing means, and a preparation process determining means are provided to automatically determine the preparation process for preparing one or more kinds of medicines administered to a patient. In addition, a preparation voice information creating means M21 and a preparation voice information outputting means M22 are provided to output voice explaining the content of the preparation at each of a plurality of steps of the determined preparation process.
