PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a film-like sample without generating any crack, and to measure a steam permeability up to a high detection limit.;SOLUTION: This gas cell has a constitution wherein a sealing material selected from an adhesive, an elastomer ring and a metal foil is provided on a partition of a gasket for storing a measuring object, having the partition on the periphery and a recessed part enclosed by the partition, and the film-like sample can be covered with a lid part having an aperture and pressurized and fixed vertically through the sealing material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
