PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member for maintaining the static electricity eliminating effect for a long time without wearing out or missing when an inexpensive industrial conductive tape is used as a static electricity eliminating tool for a human body.;SOLUTION: This L-shaped reinforcing member is attached to the final end section of the conductive tape so that the conductive tape can be used as a static electricity eliminating tool for a human body, and wear, rapture and missing which occur between the conductive tape and the grounding surface are prevented from occurring, and strength is imparted. First, a substance which is conductive and has characteristics like a metal is made into an L shape or a U shape. The L-shaped/U-shaped reinforcing member is preferably a substance which does not rust such as stainless steel. Also, a section which can be seen from the outside is colored so that the section may not stand out when being fitted. Corners of the L-shaped/U-shaped reinforcing member are rounded so that shoes can be protected from being damaged by the corners of the reinforcing member.
