PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel equipped with an autoscroll function, and its control method.;SOLUTION: A touch panel is equipped with a first area and a second area. When an article is in the first area and is moving, this touch panel sends out positional information of this article. When this article is moving to the second area and if it is in the second area of this article and the stoppage exceeds a predetermined reference period, this touch panel sends out a scrol signal.
