PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system for an inter-enterprise commercial transaction capable of saving labor in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable by a business corporation and reducing fund management.;SOLUTION: The system is a credit settlement system for the inter-enterprise commercial transaction capable of paying a cost to a payment destination with the inter-enterprise commercial transaction by credit settlement by a payment source. The system includes: a buying destination server 2 having a transmitting means for transmitting buying transaction data and a receiving means for receiving a buying cost advance payment description notice which reports a description when a credit code issuing company advances the cost on the behalf of the payment source; a settlement processing server 4 having a receiving means for receiving the buying transaction data from the buying destination server and a buying cost payment confirmation notice for reporting an effect that the payment of the buying cost is confirmed or approved and a transmitting means for transmitting a payment request for requesting the payment of a payment source cost and also transmitting the advance payment description notice to the buying destination server after transmitting the payment request; and a business corporation server 3 having a receiving means for receiving a buying cost request description from the settlement processing server and a transmitting means for transmitting the buying cost payment confirmation notice to the settlement processing server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
