PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial transaction system capable of avoiding a bill collection risk and capable of being easily used for both selling enterprises and buying enterprises.;SOLUTION: The order of commodities and services from a buying enterprise is received through a network, order receipt data is transmitted to a selling enterprise, the contents of commercial transaction are stored, transaction prices are totaled at specified intervals and outputted to a financial institute to support a subtraction from the account of the buying enterprise. An insurance fee based on the contents of transaction is calculated, and an invoice including a system use fee at specified intervals is outputted to the selling enterprise. When the transaction prices cannot be collected from the bank account of the buying enterprise, an insurance fee invoice for compensating for an uncollected amount is automatically outputted to a non-life insurance enterprise.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
