PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a weld metal excellent in resistance to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and to aim at the improvement of the resistances to sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid keeping satisfactory weldability.;SOLUTION: A wire for gas shielded arc welding is filled up with infilling flux in a steel outer sheath. Moreover, the wire contains C of 0.005 to 0.15 %, Si of 0.1 to 2 %, Mn of 0.2 to 3 %, P of 0.03 % or less, S of 0.03 % or less, Cu of 0.1 to 1 %, Ni of 0.1 to 0.65 %, Sb of 0.01 to 0.5 %, and Fe and inevitable impurities as the residuals in mass % to the whole wire mass in either one of the steel outer sheath or the infilling flux or both of those.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
