PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding, whose slag envelops over the entire welding bead, which suppresses irregularity of envelopment and seizure of slag, and by which an arc state is satisfactory with a small amount of spatters, good welding workability and bead shape can be obtained, and a mechanical performance is also satisfactory.;SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding is obtained by filling flux into a sheath made of steel, and comprises, by mass% to the total mass of the wire, 1.0 to 3.0% of Ti oxide in terms of TiO₂, 0.1 to 1.0% of SiO₂, 0.1 to 0.7% of ZrO₂, 0.02 to 0.08% of metal fluoride in terms of F, 2.5 to 4.5% of the total slag-forming agent, 0.02 to 0.08% C, 0.5 to 1.2% Si, 1.5 to 3.5% Mn, 1.5 to 4.0% Mn/Si, 0.15 to 0.8% Al, and the balance being Fe, arc stabilizer, and inevitable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
