PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manager with the size of accumulated data which have been measured in a rolling window of time. PSOLUTION: A contact center includes: (a) selection of a base time interval for accumulating accumulated data and a width of a rolling window; and (b) execution of at least either one from between the following processes: a process of determining the rolling average of the accumulated data within the width of the rolling window, when the rolling window strides a single preceding base interval, and a process of estimating a value of the accumulated data within the base interval, before being partially strided.
