PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polar inverting circuit for adjusting easily output initiation timing of a negative voltage.;SOLUTION: The polar inverting circuit includes a switching element Q1 turning on if a switching element Q2, which becomes tuned on by a positive voltage of an input terminal T1, becomes turned on for connecting the input terminal T1 to an output terminal T3; a capacitor C1 charged by the positive voltage of the input terminal T1 through a diode D2; a switching circuit SW made up of switching elements Q3, Q4 and resistors R5-R11, operating complementary with the switching element Q2, and turned on by a discharge current of the capacitor C1; a capacitor C2 connected to a control terminal of the switching element Q4 and charged if the switching element Q2 is turned off; and a switching element Q5 turned on if the switching circuit SW becomes turned on for connecting the input terminal T2, which was given with a negative voltage, to the output terminal T3. In the capacitor C2, the turning-on of the switching circuit SW is made delayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
