The method involves covering cross section openings before discharge of emissions from smoke pipe, cooling towers, air vents, fume extractor hoods, passenger car- and lorry exhaust pipes with a fine-mesh rust free V2A-wire gauge network such that an entire emission stream is guided and limited by a high intensive magnetic left polar impression. The magnetic left polar impression is transmitted from a cosmic energy-frequency converter to the wire gauge network, where all right polar substances passing the network are neutralized and inverted into a hygienic optimal magnetic left polar.
