PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring reagent for an anti-treponema pallidum antibody capable of measuring the anti-treponema pallidum antibody with high sensitivity and specificity and a measuring method using it.;SOLUTION: The reagent utilizes an antigen-antibody reaction and is used for measuring the treponema pallidum diabody. The reagent contains 15K antigen consisting of the protein in which β-galactosidase is blended with surface antigen with the molecular weight 15kDa of the treponema pallidum and/or 17K antigen consisting of the protein in which β-galactosidase is blended with surface antigen with the molecular weight 17kDa of the treponema pallidum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
