PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and collectively record photographed images in group areas such as folders at every photographing date. SOLUTION: A control part obtains a present date as a photographing date on the basis of clocking information (S1). The obtained photographing date is compared with the photographing date (=generated date) of individual folders which are generated into a memory card (S2). When the dates are not matched, a folder is newly generated (S3) and the folder generation date is registered into a management file (S4). When photographing is executed (S5 and S6), a photographed image is compressed (S7) and the control part 20 stores the photographed image (compressed image data) in the folder where the photographing date (=present date) obtained in S1 is set to be a folder name.
