PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for distributing a sound-attached live video image to mobile phone terminals in real time. PSOLUTION: In an Internet live broadcast system disclosed herein, a streaming generating server 10 captures a live audio and video and generates streaming data for mobile phones in real time, and immediately distributes the data to an Internet broadcast server 30 via the Internet communication network 20. On the other hand, the Internet broadcast server 30 distributes the stored streaming data to the mobile phone terminal 40 in real time via the Internet communication network 20 on request of the mobile phone terminal 40.
