PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give consideration even to protection of the secret information in the Internet that is set up primarily for the public/open-to-public properties by suppressing the display of reference that is decided to include the prescribed information. SOLUTION: A hypertext analysis part 130 checks each link information that is embedded in a hypertext, and a hypertext output part 110 presents a hypertext to a user as the character, image and voice information in response to the requests given from the part 130 and a user input, part 150. The part 110 forms a browser screen to read a hypertext file which is described in an HTML(hypertext markup language) form, for example. Then the part 110 suppresses the contents which are displayed on a place box, a status bar, etc., in regard to the secret information included in the link information that is embedded in the hypertext.
