PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hypertext preparation support device, a computer program, and a recording medium for efficiently preparing or correcting a hypertext, a hypertext evaluating method and a system therefor, the computer program, and the recording medium capable of efficiently extracting a hypertext hard to find. PSOLUTION: A central unit 10 has an input means 16 for accepting the link setting of the hypertext, and a CPU 11 for making the hypertext on the basis of the accepted link setting. The central unit 10 has a hard disk 13 for storing information on the evaluating hypertext used for evaluating hardness of finding, and the CPU 11 for calculating the ratio of measured retrieving time to standard time being a standard for the retrieving time by measuring the retrieving time required for a terminal unit 20 to detect the evaluating hypertext.
