PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an unvulcanized rubber composition for improving and increasing the efficiency of partial discharge process and solving problems of moldability and processability in various molding methods in a molding process. ;SOLUTION: A raw material rubber is kneaded with specified compounding chemicals to give an unvulcanized rubber composition, whose shape is made into a granule or powder. The composition is further made into an unvulcanized rubber composition granule having the surface to which a surface-tack eliminator is adhered. This apparatus and this method for producing the unvulcanized rubber composition granule are provided with a cooling means and a grinding means for the mass of kneaded unvulcanized rubber composition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
