PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance information editing device to which vibrato data which is heard as more natural performance can be added and a program for realizing a performance information editing method.;SOLUTION: One musical note event is read from performance information to be edited (a step S2), pronunciation length of the read musical note event is calculated (a step S3), speed (variation velocity) of vibration set in a step S1 is reset (a step S4) according to the calculated sound production length, the vibrato data along a newly set mode is created and added to the performance information to be edited (a step S5).
