摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for supporting an easy and appropriate performance of a quality and function deployment(QFD) work by a user. SOLUTION: In the method, a table form QFD chart is adopted in which QFD operations that perform function deployment by entering quality requested from customers in a row direction (a vertical direction) of the QFD chart and relate technical characteristics in a column direction (lateral direction) of the chart are supported by an input support, a check for validity of values, a presentation of guideline values for a variety of evaluations, a reference to voice of customer(VoC) information and the like.
