QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT SUPPORT METHOD AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support method and a program therefor which enable users to efficiently and easily extract all of important quality characteristics concerning Voice of Customer without arising errors and missing at the time of QFD work.;SOLUTION: In this method, QFD data made in the past is read in, quality characteristics and requested quality based on the corresponding relation of the requested quality and the quality characteristics of the read-in QFD data, the data is registered to a database (S103), and the data in the database is edited responding to the direction of users (S105). At the time of QFD work the quality characteristics registered to the database are retrieved responding to the directions of the users using a character strings selected among a plurality kinds of character strings including at least a list or keywords of the requested quality as the retrieval key, and the data acquired as the retrieval result is output as the retrieval data (S112).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
