The present Invention relates to isolated phages that have a strong lytic activity against Enterobacter sakazakii strains and their use as antimicrobials in Food Products, in particular in infant formulas, and as for the hygienisation of Industrial environments.The Invention also relates to food compositions and antimicrobial agents prepared from the same.
