The superstructure (A) is sequentially held above the water surface (2) by the supports (B), while sitting on the ground (4), and respectively carried by the floating docks (C ), while floating, the superstructure being detachable from the ground (4), and transportable on water on the mobile floating docks (C ), thus being possible to reposition the superstructure (A) on ground (4), at a destination of choice.
