BUILDING OVER THE WATER, GROUP OF BUILDINGS, THEIR MANEUVERING METHODS AND THEIR HOSTING SITES

Building over the water and group of these buildings, their maneuveringmethods and their hosting sites, the said building and group of buildingsoffering the flexibility of usage found in both land-based buildings and inships by the fact that each building over the water consisting of: asuperstructure (A) provided with at least one of some floor structures (1)that is placed over a water surface (2), and on which an inhabitablesubassembly (3) is positioned, at least one of some supports (B) sitting onground (4), and positioned under the floor structures (1), and at least one ofsome mobile floating docks (C) with variable and controllable buoyancy,provided with a load carrying platform (5) positioned under the floorstructure (1). The superstructure (A) is sequentially held above the watersurface (2) by the supports (B), while sitting on the ground (4), andrespectively carried by the floating docks (C), while floating, thesuperstructure being detachable from the ground (4), and transportable onwater on the mobile floating docks (C), thus being possible to reposition thesuperstructure (A) on ground (4), at a destination of choice.
