The device (1) is provided to tie plants for their support where they produce long stalks and branches (14), such as peppers (15), tomatoes, cucumbers or aubergines and has a hook-shaped part (2) and a fixture part to fix to the device a connecting wire (16). The connecting wire at the top is connected to a support wire (17). During growth, the branch or stem is fixed with clamps (18) to the connecting wire (16), so that the plant with its fruit (15) is upwardly connected.
