A 2',5'-oligoadenylate analogue represented by the general formula (1) is disclosed, wherein m is 0; n is 0 or 1; and all other variables shown in formula (1) are as defined in the specification. These 2',5'-oligoadenylate analogues represented by the general formula (1) are stable and have a superior antitumor activity.
