The invention relates to a method for stimulating the controlled fish rate of growth in lakes and marine environment, used in fish breeding. According to the invention, the fish well consists of a frame (1) covered in a net (2), frame which is provided at the upper side with a pyramid-shaped bell (3) which has at its apex an opening (a) through which there passes a feeding tube (4), said tube being provided at the upper side with a funnel (10) and with some floats (11), at the lower side of the bell (3) there passes a tube (5) for blasting the air and at the lower side the frame (1) is provided with some stiffenings (6) to which there is attached a ballast (8) by means of a cable (9).
