Preparation of the powder mixture matrix - secondary phase (dispersoid) by dynamic reduction is based on mechanical hot milling in attritor in the atmosphere of hydrogen. The initial powder mixture contains oxide of metal matrix and secondary phase. The secondary phase is incorporated to the matrix directly or is prepared by the transformation process "in situ" in the precursor of the metal matrix. The reduction of the metal matrix is running during milling process and nanocrystalline matrix with uniformly distributed particles of the secondary phase is formed.
