METHOD FOR PROSTHETICS OF ABDOMINAL AORTA AND ILIAC ARTERIES

The method for prosthetics of the abdominal aorta and the iliac arteries comprises aortotomy of the aneurism of the abdominal aorta and the aneurisms of the iliac arteries, the alloprosthetics of the abdominal aorta with the bifurcational allogenic prosthesis with its branches anastomosing the external iliac arteries. One branch is anastomosed with the common iliac artery in end-to-end mode, the second branch is anastomosed with the internal iliac artery in end-to-end mode, and the corresponding external iliac artery is anastomosed towards the branch of the prosthesis.
