The method for manufacturing the blood serum of the cattle free of the specific antibodies comprises the collection of the blood, the settling for blood coagulation, the separation of the clots and the sterilizing filtration. Each sample is assayed for the cytotoxicity. Gamma globulins are separated by ultrafiltration using the models with the hollow fibers with the pore size of 800-1100 kD.
